TruStile Doors is a custom interior door manufacturer, who relocated their composites and wood manufacturing facility within Denver, CO. Their new 260,000 GSF headquarters mainly manufactures medium density fiberboard (MDF) doors. The space consists of 210,000 sq ft single story production space, 60,000 sq ft of two-story office space and 20,000 sq ft of maintenance and production lounges. Maxson Engineering and the design team were able to utilize production waste to generate heating and chilled water via bio-mass boilers to cut down on energy consumption and product waste.
