Cherry Creek Innovation Campus was created to provide opportunities for high schoolers to gain valuable college credits and/or industry recognized certifications. Through a state-of-the-art facility, students are able to access learning spaces that help with career development in business/marketing, STEAM/IT, advanced manufacturing, health science, culinary/hospitality, infrastructure manufacturing, infrastructure engineering, and transportation/logistics. The design of the campus creates various learning environments and social spaces that are different than the traditional classroom. These include high/low intensity labs and classrooms, culinary lab and cafe, small and large collaborative and project areas. With different learning spaces on campus, providing concise yet flexible MEP system for over 117,000 GSF, meant coordinating closely with the District to ensure current and future needs are being met.
