- Go to Pages in the left black admin bar.
- Click on Edit under the Services page title.
- Scroll down until you see the Services listing. Select the Service name you need to edit. BEFORE you change it, while the word is still highlighted, scroll down on the far left block column until you see Advanced. Select Advanced and copy the HTML ANCHOR listed in the box and save it for step 5.
- Go back to the Service name that needs to be updated. Highlight the entire word and type in the new word. NOTE: this breaks the HTML Anchor identified in step 3.
- Go back to the Advanced tab and paste in the HTML ANCHOR from step 3.
- Click Update to publish.

Changing Logo
- Go to Appearance > Customize
- Click on Site Identity
- Click on Change Logo
- Upload a new logo or select a logo from the media library
- Click the blue select button at bottom right
- Click the Published button in the top right corner of the left column (above the logo image)
- Click the “X” upper left corner to leave the Customize interface
Edit Maps
NOTE: the Pro version of this plugin is disabled because it caused a conflict that took down the entire website. At this time we cannot add a new location without activating the plugin. I submitted a support ticket to find a solution and will update this when I hear back.
- Go to Maps in the left black admin bar.
- To edit an existing map:
- Click the edit button next to the map you want to change.
- Click the makers link.
- Click the three horizontal dots button on the line of the existing marker.
- Enter the GPS coordinates in this format: 35.1027693,-106.5790049 You can find this by going to google maps and typing in your address. The coordinates are in the URL bar.
- Click the Save Map button lower right corner of that column.
- To add an new map:
- Click Add new map.
- Click the makers link.
- Click the three horizontal dots button on the line of the existing marker or add a new marker.

- Click the Save Map button lower right corner of that column.
- Copy the new shortcode.

Page Updates and Caching
If you don’t see a change you made on the front side of your website:
- Hover over the Autoptimize link in the top black bar, click Clear CSS/JS Cache.
- Hover over Delete Cache link in the top black bar, click Delete Cache and Minified CSS/JS.
Edit Homepage Slides
- Click on Slider Revolution in the black side admin bar.
- Because of the refined controls within this plugin you must create a duplicate of the existing slider so you can go back to it at any time if something goes awry. Hover over the slider that is in use on the homepage, click the white arrow, and click duplicate from the drop down. You can confirm which slider is in use by going to Pages, click on Home. Next to the block name (slider revolution) is the module/slider is use.
- In the Slider Revolution area, hover over the slider you want to edit and click the pencil icon.
- To change an image:
- The images are on the top layer called Slide BG Animation. Click that layer.
- In the right side, click the second icon from the right (looks like layered squares).
- Click on the Media Library button. The Media Library will open. Select or upload your image. These images should have a 1600px width, 50-70% JPG compression. Click the blue insert button lower right corner.
- Confirm the image settings in the right side is still set to “Cover”
- You can change the center of the image using the Position controls. To be very specific about the center, click the box next to “X% Y%” and add your percentages. If you do this, you must preview the slide in all four screens to confirm it’s as you expect/want.
- To change copy:
- click on the layer containing the copy. Each block of copy is its own layer. The selected layer will have a dotted border around it.
- On the right column, is the content box. If you don’t see it, click the last button in the upper right corner (Editor view) then the content button in the top panel.
- You should see the current copy in the middle panel – change to your new copy.
- To change the link on the arrow button:
- Click the arrow button on the screen.
- On the right column, make sure you’re in Editor view. If you don’t see the content, styles, animations, actions, etc buttons, click the last button in the upper right corner (Editor view) then the actions button in the top panel.
- In the pop up box click the simple link box on the left. Change to your new URL on the right in the “link URL” box.
- Click the white “X” in the upper right corner of the pop up box.
- Click the blue Save button lower right.
- To return to the admin dashboard click the Back link upper left corner.
Add/Edit Project Galleries
- Go to Robo Gallery in the left side black admin bar.
- Click Manage Galleries.
- To edit an existing gallery, hover over the gallery name and click the edit link under the name.
- To add, edit, or delete images, click the green Manage Images button.
- The gallery window will pop up.
- Rearrange images by clicking/dragging.
- Delete images by clicking the “X” in the images corner.
- Add new images by clicking the “Add to gallery” link on the left.
- If the photo is already in the Media Library, click Media Library. A pop up screen will appear covering your page. To the left are Folders. Click on the folder that contains the photo you want to use. Click on the photo you want to use. Click the blue Select button.
- If the photo is already in the Media Library, click Media Library. Click on the photo you want to use. Click the blue add to gallery button lower right.
- If the photo needs to be uploaded:
- First, resize your photo from your favorite desktop application to be no wider than 1200 pixels for horizontal (landscape) photos or 1200 height for vertical (portrait) photos. Save as JPG with 70% compression rate (if possible). The goal is to make the smallest file size possible while retaining the size and clarity needed to be displayed perfectly.
- Click the upload tab.
- Navigate to the location of the photo on your computer or shared drive then click the open button at the bottom or drag and drop into the dotted blue line.
- Make sure the newly uploaded photo is selected (will have a blue check mark in its corner).
- Click the blue add to gallery button lower right.
- You will be taken back to the gallery page.
- Click the blue Update button in the right side.
- To create a new gallery, I recommend you clone an existing gallery to assure all style settings are correct. Hover over a gallery that is similar (sector vs about us galleries) then click the clone gallery link.
- Once in the newly cloned gallery, change the gallery name.
- Follow steps 1-11 above.
- Click the blue Update button in the right side.
- On the page where you want the new gallery, click on the Robo Gallery block and select the new gallery from the drop down menu.
Add/Edit Bios
Scroll down to find the bio fields and fill in the relevant info
- Go to Bios in the left side black admin bar.
- Click Add New Bio.
- Where it says Add title, add the persons full name.
- Scroll down to find the Bio Fields then fill in the relevant info.
- Click the blue Publish button upper right corner, or the blue Update button if the post is already published.
Add/Edit History
- Go to History in the left side black admin bar.
- Click Add New.
- Where it says Add title, add the year.
- Click the “plus” icon and type heading in the search bar then select the heading block.
- Click the default “h2” and select “h4” from the drop down menu.
- Add the subtitle.
- Click where it says “type / to choose block” and add the description copy.
- Click the blue Publish button upper right corner, or the blue Update button if the post is already published.
Add/Edit Job Openings
- Got to Job Openings in the left black admin bar.
- Click Add New Opening.
- Add job title at the top (where it says Add title)
- Scroll down and fill in the blanks. While using paylocity, it’s only necessary to add link and job location in addition to the page title.
- Click blue Publish button at top, or if opening already posted, click the blue Update button.
How to change pictures.
There are two ways photos are added to a webpage – as an image block and as a background in a column.
- Go to Pages, hover over the page name that contains the photo you want to replace, and click Edit that appears under the page name.
- Click on the photo.
- If a horizontal contextual menu appears above it then it’s an image block. Click on Replace in that horizontal contextual menu.
- A second square contextual menu will appear with options: Open Media Library and Upload.
- If the photo is already in the Media Library, click Media Library. A pop up screen will appear covering your page. To the left are Folders. Click on the folder that contains the photo you want to use. Click on the photo you want to use. Click the blue Select button.
- If the photo needs to be uploaded:

- Navigate to the location of the photo on your computer or shared drive then click the open button at the bottom. NOTE: the photo will upload in the Uncategorized Folder. Once you’re done on this page, go to the Media Library and drag it into the appropriate folder.
- You will be taken back to your page with the updated photo in place.
- With the photo still selected, on the right side, confirm the Alt Text field is populated with something descriptive of the photo.
- Confirm the Resolution drop down menu has Large or Full Size selected. If the original photo is larger than how it will appear on the public web page then you can chose smaller resolutions. If the photo doesn’t fill the space as you intend, select higher resolutions.
- When you click on the photo and no contextual menu pops up, then this is a background photo. Look at the right side column and click on Background. If you don’t see the right side column, click the three vertical dots upper right corner.
- Click remove image.
- Click Select image.
- If the photo is already in the Media Library, click Media Library. A pop up screen will appear covering your page. To the left are Folders. Click on the folder that contains the photo you want to use. Click on the photo you want to use. Click the blue Select button.
- If the photo needs to be uploaded:
