Facility Design
We support Owners, Architects, and Contractors by providing a multi-disciplinary team for new building design/construction and existing facility renovations.
Project Management
We have extensive experience as a Prime consultant where we leverage our industry knowledge and partners to provide project management and design services throughout the design process. We help our Clients navigate complex projects through innovative processes aimed at maximizing the return on their most valuable assets.
Facility Master Planning
We work with our Clients to establish the framework for growth and development of capital improvements of their assets. Our strategic planning approach looks to create flexibility while capturing current demands. We assist our Clients by evaluating existing infrastructure and capturing anticipated future requirements to develop feasibility reviews, preliminary budgets, and phasing plans.
Sustainability
We tailor our designs to meet our clients’ needs ranging from improved energy efficiency to net-zero and carbon capture. We design systems that are highly maintainable while maximizing return on investment. Our services include Energy Master Planning, Carbon Footprint Analysis, LEED® Compliance Documentation, Net Zero Design, Combined Heating and Power (CHP), and Photovoltaic (PV) Micro Grid designs.
Construction Bid Review & Negotiation
We assist our Clients with the contractor selection process by providing contractor bid reviews, conducting contractor interviews, and assisting with the review of alternate construction methods and materials.
Construction Phase Professional Services
We routinely provide construction phase services to support our Clients and their chosen contractors. We assist with the permit application process, review equipment submittals and shop drawings, and actively participate to support the construction team to a successful project completion. Additionally, we can provide Energy Code Commissioning, site observations, and record files to position our Clients for successful long-term management of their asset.
